Hey Welcome, my name is Lottie and I live in New York!
I have a passion for eating clean plant-based food, running, fitness, and everything in between. I graduated The Fashion Institute of Technology in 2014 and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2015.
An athlete myself, I have completed 9 half marathons, including NYC, Disney Princess and Long Branch, where I placed first in my age group. Besides for half marathons, I’ve competed in countless smaller distance races around the NYC area. Recently I have become a triathlete and completed several triathlons, placing first in my age group in two of them. I completed two Half Ironmans over the last two years and I am currently training for my first full Ironman! Right now I create recipes for different brands/products. But I love to teach people how it’s done and how to leverage their diets as a tool to enhance their training. I travel to different retreats and training camps where I cook and lecture about a proper healthy diet for athletes. I also work at events in and around New York City where I bring homemade snacks and talk to athletes about recipes, running, training and creating a well balanced diet.
Over the last five years I have totally transformed my lifestyle – eating cleaner food and working out daily. I have found this new way of life to yield tremendous benefits, both physically and emotionally.
My Advertising and Marketing Communication major from FIT, my degree from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and all the incredible people I have met along the way have inspired me to share my love of healthy food and my unique recipes with the public.
