One of my go to sauces, this glaze a great sauce that goes well with pretty much any vegetable or protein you like! a bit spicy but sweet as well, the same flavors you would find in traditional BBQ sauce, but without all the added sugars and preservatives.
- 1/4 cup apricot jelly (no sugar added sweetened with fruit)
- 1/4 cup braggs amino acid (soy sauce alternative)
- 3 tablespoons of mustard
- 3 tablespoons Sriracha or any other chill sauce
- 3 tablespoons lemon
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of onion/garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of smokey paprika
Mix all ingredients together in a small mixing bowl, marinate with your favorite protein or vegetable.
