- In partnership with GoodBelly where I created a gut-healthy green smoothie to promote their 21 day GoodBelly challenge.
- Nike New York event where I served beet smoothies, peanut butter granola bars and protein bars. I was on site for athletes to ask questions and talk about pre/post workout nutrition.
- Blueberry Almond Cookies recipe created for NOW Foods
- Team Sky/SiS training camp where I cooked all three meals each day and was on site to talk to the athletes about nutrition.
- Kara Gouchers Running Retreat where I talked about everyday health and wellness, marathon training tips, and pre/post workout nutrition as well as demoing some of my favorite recipes
- I work with individuals on their personal health goals, which includes daily email communication, weekly phone calls, meal plans, grocery lists and more!
