Recipe Development

  • Apricot Pistachio Crusted Salmon in partnership with Wholefoods. I specialize in creating recipes with athletes in mind and in working with companies to promote their products through my recipes.

Web and Social Campaigns

  • In partnership with GoodBelly where I created a gut-healthy green smoothie to promote their 21 day GoodBelly challenge.

Catering

  • Nike New York event where I served beet smoothies, peanut butter granola bars and protein bars. I was on site for athletes to ask questions and talk about pre/post workout nutrition.

Training Camps

  • Team Sky/SiS training camp where I cooked all three meals each day and was on site to talk to the athletes about nutrition.

Talks and lectures about health and wellness

  • Kara Gouchers Running Retreat where I talked about everyday health and wellness, marathon training tips, and pre/post workout nutrition as well as demoing some of my favorite recipes

Individual Health Coaching

  • I work with individuals on their personal health goals, which includes daily email communication, weekly phone calls, meal plans, grocery lists and more!

Private Cooking Class

  • Want to learn how to cook Running On Veggies meals but are too overwhelmed or simply don’t know where to start? I can come to your home and teach you how its done.
